They are sold as designer orals claiming in-vivo conversion to a potent 19-nor androgen resembling trenbolone or dienolone.
There is no credible human pharmacology: conversion, bioavailability and safety are unstudied, and the compounds are known chiefly from supplement labels and anti-doping literature. Any real activity would carry the classic 19-nor profile — strong suppression, progestogenic effects and no meaningful estrogen from aromatisation of the trenbolone-like core.
