Chlorodehydromethylandrostenediol (CDMA, marketed as 'Halodrol' prohormone versions and 'Promagnon') is the 3-beta-hydroxy diol precursor to 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone (oral turinabol). It is an orally active designer prohormone that converts partially in vivo toward a turinabol-like non-aromatising androgen, giving dry lean gains with 17-alpha-alkylated hepatotoxicity and no human trial data.

01 Overview

CDMA (4-chloro-17alpha-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3beta,17beta-diol) was one of the most widely sold 'Halodrol' prohormones. It is structurally the diol analogue of oral turinabol and undergoes partial conversion to the active ketone androgen, so the practical profile resembles a milder oral turinabol: dry, no aromatisation, and androgenic.

Despite branding overlap with turinabol, CDMA is a distinct molecule sold without any clinical evaluation. Its 17-alpha-methyl group makes it hepatotoxic, and adverse-event reporting for 'Halodrol' products includes cholestatic injury.
