Testolone Enanthate (RAD-140 Ester)

Also known as RAD-140 enanthate · Testolone enanthate · Injectable RAD-140

Testolone enanthate is a purported esterified, injectable prodrug of the SARM testolone (RAD-140), sold on the grey market as a longer-acting alternative to oral RAD-140. It is distinct from the marketed RAD-150 (a benzoate ester also sold as "testolone ester"). There is essentially no published human pharmacology for an enanthate ester of RAD-140.

01 Overview

The SARM RAD-140 (testolone) is a non-steroidal androgen receptor ligand with tissue-selective anabolic activity in preclinical models. "Testolone enanthate" refers to grey-market preparations claimed to attach an enanthate chain to RAD-140 to slow release after injection, mirroring the logic of steroid esters.

Unlike the oral RAD-140, which has at least early human exposure data via the enobosarm-era SARM programmes, an enanthate ester of RAD-140 has no meaningful published clinical or pharmacokinetic characterisation. Whatever anabolic effect it has is inferred from the parent SARM, and purity/identity of underground product is unverified.

02 Mechanism

As an ester prodrug, it is presumed to be cleaved to RAD-140, a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator that activates the androgen receptor with relative selectivity for muscle and bone over prostate.
