RAD-150
RAD-150 (TLB-150) is a testosterone-ester-like derivative marketed as the 'benzoate ester' of the SARM RAD-140 (testolone). It is essentially uncharacterised: there are no controlled studies of RAD-150 itself, and grey-market claims rely on extrapolation from RAD-140 plus user anecdote.
01 Overview
RAD-150, sold as TLB-150 benzoate, is promoted as a longer-acting or more stable prodrug version of RAD-140. Unlike RAD-140, which has some preclinical characterisation, RAD-150 as a distinct molecule has virtually no published pharmacology, and vendors often conflate the two.
There are no human trials and no reliable pharmacokinetic data for RAD-150. Any effects and dosing are inferred from RAD-140 anecdote. Given the absence of characterisation and the ester's unclear behaviour, it should be treated as one of the least-studied compounds in circulation.
02 Mechanism
Presumed androgen receptor agonist acting via the same pathway as RAD-140 after ester hydrolysis, though the pharmacokinetics and actual receptor activity of the RAD-150 ester are not established.
