Difludiazepam
Difludiazepam is a potent designer benzodiazepine bearing two fluorine substituents, sold as a research chemical. It produces the sedative, anxiolytic and amnestic effects of the class and is reported to be strong by weight. It has no clinical human characterisation; information is limited to analytical work and user reports.

Difludiazepam is a difluorinated benzodiazepine that emerged on the research-chemical market. It is typically found as powder, pellets or blotters and is potent per milligram, so small dosing errors are consequential. It has been scheduled in some jurisdictions as it appeared in seized designer-benzodiazepine products.
Reported effects are the familiar benzodiazepine set: sedation, anxiolysis, muscle relaxation and amnesia, with a duration in the medium-to-long range. As with other grey-market benzodiazepines, misdosing, blackouts and dependence are the dominant practical hazards. No clinical human data exist.
