CE-LAD

Also known as CE-LAD · CEP-LAD

CE-LAD is a novel lysergamide research chemical, a substituted LAD-series analogue of LSD sold on blotter. It is very new and poorly characterised, reported to produce LSD-like psychedelic effects. Essentially all information comes from a small number of user reports.

01 Overview

CE-LAD belongs to the LAD (6-allyl-nor-LSD) family of lysergamide research chemicals, carrying a substituent that distinguishes it from AL-LAD and related compounds. It is among the newer entries to the grey-market lysergamide scene and is distributed almost exclusively on micrograms-dosed blotter.

Reported effects are broadly LSD-like: visual geometry, mood elevation, cognitive alteration and stimulation, with anecdotal descriptions of duration and potency still sparse and inconsistent. There is no clinical or preclinical characterisation to speak of, so any statement about its effects, potency or safety is provisional. As with all lysergamides, the main risks are psychological rather than physiological.

02 Mechanism

Presumed agonist at serotonin 5-HT2A receptors, the mechanism shared by lysergamide psychedelics.
