4-HO-DSB is an obscure 4-hydroxy N,N-disubstituted tryptamine in the psilocin family. It is a research-chemical tryptamine with essentially no reliable human data and is included as a family reference for novel 4-substituted tryptamines.

4-HO-DSB belongs to the psilocin-like 4-hydroxytryptamine group, where varying the N-alkyl substituents modulates potency, duration and character. Like most rare members of this family, it has appeared only sporadically and lacks any structured human characterisation.

Effects, if the compound is active, would be expected to resemble other 4-HO tryptamines: shorter than psilocybin with variable visual and emotional components. This is inference, not observation.
