4-CDC (4-chlorodimethcathinone) is a ring-chlorinated, N,N-dimethyl synthetic cathinone stimulant sold as a research chemical. It is one of the least studied cathinones, known almost exclusively from forensic analysis.
01 Overview
4-CDC is a 4-chloro, N,N-dimethyl cathinone that appeared on grey-market vendor lists as newer cathinones were scheduled. Its N,N-dimethyl structure is unusual and reports suggest a relatively short, moderate stimulant effect.
There are essentially no human pharmacological or toxicological data. The compound is documented through seized-material identification and vendor sampling, and has been controlled in several countries under generic or new psychoactive substances provisions.

Presumed monoamine releaser/reuptake inhibitor with stimulant-weighted activity, inferred from close cathinone analogues; direct mechanistic data are lacking.
