4-AcO-MiPT
4-AcO-MiPT (4-acetoxy-N-methyl-N-isopropyltryptamine) is a synthetic tryptamine and presumed prodrug of 4-HO-MiPT. It is used non-medically as a psychedelic. Human evidence is anecdotal only; potency, pharmacokinetics and safety are uncharacterised, with wide individual variation in dose response.
01 Overview
4-AcO-MiPT is the acetate ester of 4-HO-MiPT and is presumed to be deacetylated in the body to the active psilocin-analogue. User reports describe a bright, visually rich psychedelic experience comparable to 4-HO-MiPT.
There are no controlled human data; effect and dose information come from self-experimentation and harm-reduction reports. As a research chemical of uncertain purity, dose responses vary widely, and challenging psychological reactions can occur, particularly at higher doses.
