4-AcO-DiPT (4-acetoxy-N,N-diisopropyltryptamine) is a synthetic tryptamine sold as a research chemical. It is the acetate ester of 4-HO-DiPT and is generally assumed to act as a prodrug for it, analogous to how 4-AcO-DMT relates to psilocin. Human data are limited to anecdotal reports with no controlled studies.

01 Overview

4-AcO-DiPT (sometimes called ipracetin) is the O-acetylated form of 4-HO-DiPT. By analogy with other 4-acetoxy tryptamines it is presumed to be deacetylated in the body to the active 4-hydroxy compound, though this metabolism has not been formally confirmed in humans.

There is no clinical or rigorous pharmacokinetic literature. Reported effects mirror 4-HO-DiPT, with a short-to-moderate duration. It circulates in the grey-market research chemical trade.
