25N-NBOH
25N-NBOH is the N-(2-hydroxybenzyl) analogue of 2C-N, a member of the NBOH series. NBOH compounds are potent 5-HT2A agonists that are somewhat less stable and reportedly slightly less potent than their NBOMe counterparts, but still carry a narrow margin, vasoconstriction and seizure risk.
01 Overview
25N-NBOH belongs to the NBOH family, in which the N-benzyl group carries a 2-hydroxy rather than 2-methoxy substituent. NBOH compounds are often cited as marginally more selective for 5-HT2A and are usually taken sublingually like NBOMes.
Human data are anecdotal only. Although sometimes marketed as a 'safer' NBOMe alternative, 25N-NBOH still has a steep dose-response and the class hazards of vasoconstriction and serotonergic overstimulation.

Potent agonist at serotonin 5-HT2A receptors; the N-2-hydroxybenzyl group confers high 5-HT2A affinity on the 2C-N scaffold.
