2-Oxo-PCE (Eticyclidone)
2-Oxo-PCE (eticyclidone, O-PCE) is an arylcyclohexylamine dissociative closely related to eticyclidine, bearing a ketone group analogous to the ketamine series. 01 Overview
2-Oxo-PCE is the 2-oxo (ketone) analogue of PCE, structurally bridging the PCP and ketamine families. It has no clinical characterisation and is known mainly from user reports as a potent dissociative used orally or insufflated.
Reported effects are dose-dependent dissociation, stimulation and, at higher doses, heavy dissociative anaesthesia, ataxia and confusion. Its potency makes accurate dosing difficult, and stimulation with compulsive redosing has been described.
