1P-ETH-LAD is a 1-propionyl prodrug of ETH-LAD (6-ethyl-6-nor-LSD), combining the 1-acyl prodrug approach with the notably potent ETH-LAD base. It is presumed to yield ETH-LAD in the body, producing a strong, sometimes body-load-heavy psychedelic experience. It is uncharacterised in humans beyond anecdote.

01 Overview

1P-ETH-LAD is a research-chemical lysergamide that pairs the N1-propionyl group (a legal-workaround feature) with ETH-LAD, an N6-ethyl analogue of LSD generally reported as more potent than LSD itself. It appears as blotter.

User reports describe an intense, visually rich experience and note that ETH-LAD-type lysergamides can carry a heavier physical body load and steeper dose-response, so small increases in dose can markedly increase intensity. There is no clinical data; potency and duration are anecdotal.

Presumed prodrug hydrolysed in vivo to ETH-LAD, a potent partial agonist at 5-HT2A and related serotonin receptors.
