1P-AL-LAD

1P-AL-LAD is a proposed 1-propionyl prodrug of AL-LAD (6-allyl-nor-LSD), combining the N1-propionyl modification of 1P-LSD with the allyl-substituted lysergamide AL-LAD. It is an extremely obscure research lysergamide with negligible human data.

01 Overview

1P-AL-LAD applies the same N1-acyl 'legal-lysergamide' strategy seen in 1P-LSD to AL-LAD, the intent being an in-vivo conversion to AL-LAD. It has appeared only fleetingly in research-chemical discussion and lacks meaningful characterisation.

Assuming prodrug conversion, effects would resemble AL-LAD: a somewhat shorter, more visual, less anxious LSD-like experience. All of this is inference from related compounds rather than direct data.

Presumed prodrug hydrolysing to AL-LAD, a 5-HT2A partial agonist lysergamide; the N1-propionyl group is expected to be cleaved in vivo.
